I have been struggling with frozen shoulder for almost a year and it became norm in my life. One time I was at a acupuncture clinic, a fellow practitioner more of a student practitioner introduced George , a RMT massage therapist. So I would like to give it try. It has been 3 treatment so far. My pain problem is shoulder and side problem is peri menopause and slightly sprained angle. I recall after first massage. the pain from angle sprain is gone. And I can move around my shoulder easily. Then my 2nd treatment, oh my god, 4 hours after treatment I was starving and I ate 3 bowls of rice that shocked my boyfriend. I had great appetite. And 3 days after my period came. I have irregular period with lesser flow at my age, and this time, like I am back to 20s. I will be turning 52 in 2 weeks. So no doubt George is the only RMT I go to. So, I did my 3rd treatment today. He put lots focus on my shoulder. I was able to move in different angle with ease now. Since meeting George, I also go for regular swimming as my routine to aid my shoulder recovery. I would describe my shoulder pain from 7 to 1 now I am confident that all my future problems I would go see George. it is amazing massage can treat so many problems more than I can imagine. He is quite gifted RMT
